What Is Reset ADHD up To?

If you have been following this blog or Reset ADHD for a while, you may have an idea of what Reset ADHD is. Your idea of what Reset ADHD does may be right. It might be wrong. It might just be incomplete. 2023 is already and will continue to be an exciting time for Reset ADHD. A lot is happening, and it can be hard to keep track of everything. I have designed this post to be just a brief explanation of what Reset ADHD is up to.

Blog

When Reset ADHD started, it was a blog-only website. I was training to be an ADHD coach and wanted to build a following before putting myself out there as a coach. I have been publishing at least one blog post every week since 2018. That tradition has continued and will continue as long as I am able to come up with ideas.

Coaching

The second business activity I started in 2018 was coaching. This is the primary function of Reset ADHD. I work one-on-one with individuals who are looking to reach their full potential. We talk about who they are, what they really, really want to do, what their strengths are, and how they can use their strengths to overcome any challenges they are facing. I like to say it is my job to help people work with their brains, not against them. For more information on whom I enjoy working with, read this blog post.

Books

What drew me into helping those with ADHD was writing my book on Catholicism and ADHD. That book was published by Reset ADHD, and 2023 is the year Reset ADHD will be publishing three ADHD books. The first book is aimed at Catholics. However, the three books being released in 2023 are for everyone! The first is an overview of ADHD and is available right now on Amazon. The second book, which was just released, contains stories from my life with ADHD and details the power in telling one’s story. It, too, is available on Amazon. The third book is on mindset shifts that help with ADHD and will be released in May.

Webinars

Reset ADHD has also begun producing webinars. The first was on ADHD and improv, and you can view the replay on YouTube. The next webinar will be on sleep and is scheduled for April 27. More details will be announced soon, so stay tuned to the webinars section of this website.

Improv

During the first webinar, it was announced that Reset ADHD is starting up virtual improv sessions. We will be meeting on Zoom, playing improv games, and discussing how we can use what we learn from improv in our daily lives. For more information, visit the improv section of this website.

Videos

Reset ADHD has its own YouTube channel. Videos are posted sporadically, so there is no way to predict when the next video will drop. However, if you prefer YouTube channels that post regular videos, might I suggest my other YouTube channel, ADHD Skills with Jess and Alex, a YouTube channel I share with fellow ADHD coach, Jessica McLaren. We post videos monthly.

Courses/Community

This one is a work in progress. Coming soon will be Reset ADHD Academy, where I will be producing and sharing online, go-at-your-own-pace courses. I’m currently working on one and have plans for a second. Keep an eye on the navigation bar on this website for when the courses section of my business debuts. Additionally, alongside my first course, I am creating a community to discuss the issues in my course. For a monthly fee, you will gain access to the community where you can share wins, ideas, and anything related to the topic. I will be in there communicating with you regularly, so be prepared for awesomeness.

Speaking

Lastly, I am available to come in and speak to your organization, church, school, or business. I have spoken at the International Conference on ADHD and have produced other talks as well. If you want to bring me in as a speaker, contact me, and let’s talk.
