Introducing: The Reset ADHD Trilogy of Books

2023 will see three books released by Reset ADHD. I am excited about this project, and I hope you will consider reading these books. In this blog post, I would just like to give you an overview of what each of the books covers. If this inspires you in any way, I hope you will share this news with someone you care about who is affected by ADHD.

Book 1

The first book in the series is entitled The ADHD Life: ADHD Explained… (Or, That’s Why I Do That). In this book, I explain what ADHD is and is not. As I am sure you are aware, the effects of ADHD are widespread and cover almost all areas of life. This book explains as much about ADHD as I can fit into a 111-page book (Yes, 111 pages! I’m deliberately keeping these books short). It is already available on Amazon, and it features a foreword from Alan P. Brown, the founder of ADD Crusher.

Book 2

The next book in the trilogy will be a collection of stories about my experience with ADHD. This book details true stories from my own ADHD journey which I compare to climbing a mountain. Not only do I share stories about my own life, but I also expand on my stories to discuss the lessons I have learned and what you can take away from my stories. The tentative title is Stories from Climbing the ADHD Mountain. It is not yet available, but keep an eye on my social media accounts for when it is released.

Book 3

In the final book of the trilogy, I inspire my readers to go from merely surviving ADHD to thriving in their lives. It can be tempting to take your lumps and just eke out a life. However, one can thrive with ADHD. Book 3 covers how to do this by shifting your mindset. I hope out of all of these books, this is the one that spurs you into action. I cannot wait for you to read the book I have tentatively titled From Surviving ADHD to Thriving: Mindset Shifts for the ADHDer. Again, it has not yet been released, so keep an eye on the Reset ADHD social media accounts.
