Which Reset ADHD Book Is Right for Me?

Reset ADHD has published several books, all of which are available on Amazon. However, I am no so naive as to expect you to buy and read them all. I mean I would love it if you did, but knowing my audience, I know that reading just one book can be quite the task for an ADHDer. So, that brings up the question: If you only read one, which one should you read? My answer: It depends on what you are looking for in an ADHD book. Let’s examine each book and explore who might be a good reader for each book.

The ADHD Life: ADHD Explained… (Or, That’s Why I Do That)

This book gives a general overview of ADHD, what it is, and what it is not. This books explains the basics of ADHD and the various challenges it can cause, as well as the flip side of ADHD. If you are new to your ADHD diagnosis or seeking a deeper understanding of ADHD, this book is for you. Additionally, if you are looking to have a better explanation of ADHD to give to others, this book can be useful.

Stories from Climbing the ADHD Mountain

This book features stories from my own journey with ADHD. If you are looking for something to inspire you to tell your own story or simply something to make you feel seen and not alone, this is the book for you. It is my hope that those who read this book feel comforted and inspired. Additionally, this is the shortest of my books on ADHD, so if that is something you are looking for in a book, you have found it.

From Surviving ADHD to Thriving: Mindset Shifts for the ADHDer

This book is where the rubber meets the road. In the pages of this book are ways for you to take what you are struggling with and make it work for you. Living with ADHD can be difficult, but the challenges of ADHD can be overcome. If you want to change how you view your life with ADHD and live a more fulfilling life, I recommend giving this book a read. I would not necessarily call this an advanced read on ADHD, but it is the most advanced book I have written on the subject. I encourage everyone who is looking to take the next step in their ADHD journey to read this book.

Catholicism and ADHD: Finding Holiness Despite Distractions

If you are Catholic, read this one. It gives a basic overview of ADHD and explores both the challenges of ADHD and how to overcome them, all with a faith-based explanation. If you want to learn how to manage your ADHD and grow closer to God in the process, this is the book for you.

A Note about All of My Books

One cool thing about all of my books on ADHD is that they can be read in any order. That refers, not only to the order of which you read the books themselves, but also to the order in which you read the chapters. There’s no need to read the chapters in any particular order. They put in a somewhat logical order, but that does not mean you are bound to read them in any particular order.
